ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD IN THE NAME OF ACI - THE FINANCIAL MARKETS ASSOCIATION

ACI's name was reported becoming misused by an unidentified person/corporation using the logo and name of ACI-The Financial Markets Association but also the President's name in connection with a purchase of shares in Yamana Gold Inc. and potentially other shares.

One of the papers bears an unauthorized signature of a Mr. Christopher Gardener, Corporate Compliance Officer. ACI explicitly declares that there is no such person neither employed nor in any other connection cooperating with our association.
